Liturgical Elements

Understanding Our Worship Traditions

At St. Paul’s, our worship services include cherished liturgical pieces that deepen our spiritual journey. One such piece is the Gloria Patri, a short song that honors the Trinity and reminds us of our shared beliefs. Join us to experience these sacred traditions that enrich our communal worship.

Common Questions About Our Services

We understand that attending a new church can be daunting. Here are some answers to questions you might have!

What time do Sunday services start?

Our contemporary service starts at 9am and our traditional service starts at 11am.

Is there a dress code for services?

Nope! Sometimes we’ll ask you to dress in your Chiefs gear – other days, we might invite you to wear pajamas! You’re welcome to dress up or dress down.

Are children welcome at the service?

Absolutely! All our kids start in worship with us and are invitied to join the children’s program during service or stay with their guardians.

What can I expect during the service?

Our services include traditional hymns or contemporary music depending on which one you choose to attend, and both have a message from one of our pastors and moments for prayer and reflection.

Do you offer communion?

Yes! We practice an open table. This means that all are welcome to participate regardless of age or church background. The open table mindset applies to everything in our church. In our contemporary service, we celebrate communion every week. In our traditional service, we celebrate communion on the first Sunday of every month.
