Music matters! It feeds the soul and lifts our hearts. This Sunday is our Music Sunday, featuring the Chancel Choir and Orchestra at 8:15 and 11:00 and BethanyBridge band at 9:30.
The Chancel Choir will perform Requiem for the Living. This Requiem is new music. One online reviewer said, “[nothing could prepare] me for the grandeur and timeless beauty of Dr. Dan Forrest’s Requiem…”
At 9:30, BethanyBridge will perform the works of Mumford and Sons, described as “the most important band for the church since U2.” Mumford reminds us of our faith while touching people who may never come into a church building.
Join us for one or two of these beautiful experiences.
PLUS don’t forget to check out the next Music Fund Concert – Boogaloo 7, KC’s premier jazz band, will be at St. Paul’s to benefit the Marti Johnson Music Fund on June 4th. See details here.
